AstonCare Features
AstonCare contains five key modules plus one optional add-on module (Invoicing), each of which represents an aspect of the administration of a care home, as well as general functions that operate across the application.

Module 1: Enquiries
Easily monitor enquiries from prospective residents, family members or social workers.
Key features: Enquirer Details, Prospective Resident Details, Care and Booking Details, Follow-ups, Visits and an archiving facility.
Module 2: Residents
Residents are considered to be the core of the AstonCare system and the application has been designed to make the management of residents as efficient and as comprehensive as possible.
Key features: Resident Details, Doctor and Social Worker Details, Requirements, Contacts, Visits, Pocket Money and Control Account, Incidents, Valuables and Discharge Details.
Module 3: Staff
Staff form an integral part of a care home and managing staff efficiently is of equal importance.
Key features: Employee Details, Visits, Incidents, Holidays, Sickness, Bank Details, Next of Kin and Leaver Information.
Contacts can range from resident friends and family to professionals such as doctors and social workers.
AstonCare organises contacts in groups that you define.
Key features: Recording of Home and Business addresses, email and web site addresses, Visits, and an archiving facility.
Module 5: Companies
The Companies module is used for managing the details of the various companies that come into contact with the staff of your establishment.
Key features: Business Details, Company Contacts and Product Information.
Module 6: Invoicing
The invoicing module makes care home invoicing much faster and considerably easier - never again will you have to manually calculate backdated rate change adjustments.

A comprehensive suite of forms allows the collection and review of various data relating to the resident's care planning, including:

Multi-User
AstonCare has been designed to be used within a multi-user enviroment. You can setup multiple users and assign them different access rights to the software - discounted rates apply if you require further copies of AstonCare.

Create targeted mailings or standard response letters in seconds using the Mail Merge Wizard. Further standard letters can also be created in addition to those supplied with AstonCare.
